2. Using your account
Walkmoa is intended for users aged 14 and over. Children under 14 cannot currently register or use the service. Support for children will be announced separately after procedures such as parental or legal guardian consent are in place.
Users must register with their own email address or social account and keep their account information secure. You must not use another person's account or provide false information. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Walking records and rewards
Steps are measured according to the device's sensors, permissions, battery and operating system status. We do not guarantee medical-grade measurement or detection of every step. Records are synchronized and reward eligibility is verified when an internet connection is available. The measured steps displayed may differ from steps eligible for rewards.
The current walking reward rate is 1 MB per 1,000 valid steps, up to 10,000 steps per day based on Korea Standard Time. Eligible rewards are credited automatically while you are signed in, without a separate claim button. Changes to these rules will be announced in the service before they take effect. Legitimately earned, confirmed rewards will not be retroactively changed to your disadvantage.
4. MB and additional benefits
MB is a reward unit within the service. It does not mean mobile carrier data is immediately added or cash is paid. Available MB can be exchanged 1:1 for TripTok data coupons in the wallet, and each coupon can be redeemed on TripTok for an eSIM product of the same capacity in a supported country. Exchange limits, such as a daily number of exchanges, may apply, and issued coupons cannot be canceled or returned. Supported countries and validity periods of coupons, and eSIM activation and usage terms, follow TripTok's guidance. Cash withdrawal and transfers are not available. When advertising or purchase rewards become available, we will separately explain participation conditions, limits and confirmation or cancellation rules.
Links to external services take you to those services. Unless stated otherwise, accounts and balances are not automatically combined.
5. Misuse and objections
Manipulating step or device information, improperly earning rewards through duplicate accounts or automated tools, using another person's account and attacking the service are prohibited. The Company may withhold or cancel rewards for duplicate or abnormal records and will explain the reason when an account restriction is necessary. Users may provide an explanation or raise an objection through support.
6. Interruptions and account deletion
You may request account deletion at any time. Check your balance and records before deleting your account. If the service is interrupted by maintenance or an outage, we will explain the reason and recovery status where reasonably possible.
7. Personal information and rights
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. App permissions can be changed in your device settings; only features that need those permissions may be restricted. You may not copy or distribute the Company's intellectual property, including its trademarks, software and designs, without authorization.
8. Changes and dispute resolution
When material provisions of these Terms change, we will provide advance notice of the effective date and changes. The Company and users will work in good faith to resolve inquiries and disputes. Liability and compensation for damages are governed by applicable law. These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
